Fri - March 2 - "Two Weeks Old & Potty Training Sucess"

I am happy to report all is well in the Muñoz household.

Solymar had a weight check on Wed and she is 3 ounces over her birth weight; 6 pounds 7 oz. She still in a 2-3 hours feeding schedule most of the time; sometimes she does 1-1.5 hour. She is spending more time awake during the day. Little of that time she likes to spend on her own. She is certainly a fuzzy little one. She recently started grunting; in the beginning it seemed it was just gas or bowel movements. Now I am convinced she also does it when she doesn't like what's going on. She is living to the expectation of the second child not being as easy as the first :-)... since her sister was a quiet little one with a 4 hours schedule that didn't mind not being held when awake after her feedings.

Talking about big sister Sofia, she has finally conquered the potty and has spent the last 5 days with no diapers and no accidents. She even had a dry night, last night! ... Mommy is convinced, there will be no need to buy any more diapers for Sofia.

She had to spend a couple of days with no bottoms; then she got the swing of things, spent two days in skirts with no underwear and now she is back to wearing pants. It only took about 100 pieces of chocolate and lots of patient!!!
