Wed Oct 23rd - The Girls on Vacation

The girls (Mommy, Sofia and Solymar) spent 5 days on vacation in Puerto Rico and had lots of fun!! We visited family, went to el Morro, enjoyed the beach and the main reason we went to PR, had fun at a wedding!

 My little cousin got married. I remember when my cousin was a baby, I spent a lot of summers with her at her grandma's, my aunt. I used to bother my cousin by hugging my aunt and telling her, her grandma was mine. That used to upset her and make her scream.... Now she is a beautiful and smart woman, who looked gorgeous at her wedding;  as described by Sofia she looked like "a princess, con el traje grande blanco"

It was the first time Sofia attended a wedding and she had a great time dancing and playing with two little friends. Here is she is dancing ...

Wed - Oct 16th - Solymar is 8 mos Old!

Solymar is 8 months tomorrow!!!
We don't go to the Dr until she is 9 months old, thus we will have to wait for stats... but she is bigger, crawling more, sits on her own for longer periods, talks a lot more and has lots of more attitude!
She got to visit Puerto Rico for the first time and met the  family there. She had mango for the first time and absolutely loved it!  We went to the beach, she enjoyed the warm Caribbean water and learned how to splash , which means bath time is messier!

Big sister Sofia fell in love with her little sister on day one! She spends a lot of time with her little sister and Solymar reciprocates with smiles, laughs and screams.
