Wed - Sept 2nd - "Sleeping In Her Own Room"

Yesterday Sofia spent the night in her room alone for the first time. She is not over the weight limit for her bassinet. She can't pull herself up yet. But she is sooo presentá!! that she found the velcro from the bassinet's canopy and she was grabbing it and putting it in her mouth ... a choking hazard.

Since she is sleeping through the night I thought it was best for her to sleep in the crib rather than the playard mattress. She slept well ... I woke up 5 times to check on her and can't stop thinking about the days my little girl slept right next to me in her little co-sleeper.
